My School Rocks! is a free, full-color magazine designed to foster respect for education in Charlotte. It is a fun, positive and interactive resource for students, parents, teachers and principals of K-5 schools.

Our Spotlight Schools section describes the creativity and hard work that is happening in classrooms across the county. We organize stories around the monthly character trait and invite students to become Rockin' Reporters, interviewing people such as Mayor Pat McCrory, NASCAR star Jeff Gordon and the Bobcats' Emeka Okafor.

Our monthly publication is chock full of photos, bold graphics, games, and puzzles. So find out how you can join the My School Rocks! family and open our pages with a child!

My School Rocks is not only sent home in the backpacks of K-5 students in the Charlotte Mecklenburg School System, but is also distributed to faculty members, Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, Allen Tate, Prudential, McAlisters Deli, Showmars and Qdoba Restaurants. We are adding more distribution locations every month.

You will be comfortable knowing that your sponsorship not only helps promote your business but also supports our community.

Part of our commitment to taking the guesswork out of advertising is our willingness, upon request, to provide our sponsors copies of our print bill as well as our courier receipt.

We do not derive our readership numbers by how many copies are printed and we do not expect our sponsors to wait patiently as magazines sit in the store racks.
